BLLC is Directed by the National Consultant Trainer of Standard, Youth & Teen Programs at MHFA Australia, recognised with the highest level of accreditation, Principal Master status and provides training for teachers that that is both Teacher Identified and includes courses accredited with NESA.

In 2010, after recognising the ever-growing need for educational assistance for people experiencing a range of cognitive, learning, and social behaviour difficulties, BLLC was established to provide an innovative, hands-on mental health training facility.
With over a decade of experience within the education industry specialising in the training and development of professionals, BLLC has become a proactive accredited master provider of official, internationally renowned Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training courses.
BLLC is the chosen professional development provider of organisations across Australia, including NSW Primary Health Networks, NSWJuvenile Justice, NSW Police Force, Counter- Terrorism Command, Catholic Care Sydney, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Jewish Care, Youth Off The Streets and a multitude of government and private schools, charities, and community services.
