About the event

The ticket fee includes the eLearning access  (component one) and hardcopy of the Youth MHFA manual posted to you. This cost is set by MHFA Aus, which we paid directly to them.

Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognised course that equips adults who teach, care for, or support young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a young person experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

This is a great way to complete the Youth MHFA if you can't attend the 2-day face-to-face. Complete the eLearning before attending the single, full day with us.

Delivered by our Director, Alena Farrugia, who is also National Consultant Trainer of Youth, Standard and Teen Programs at Mental Health First Aid, you're in experienced hands. Learn more about Alena here.

NSW Teacher? How does 11 hours of NESA Registered training sound? As a registered provider, be sure to add your NESA number to the booking. Completing Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid will contribute 11 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Student/child mental health addressing standard descriptors 4.1.2, 4.4.2, 7.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
